SLIPZ offers a free tool to help you manage all your expenses in one place. It functions like an accountant that lives in your phone.

SLIPZ is a digital receipts and personal accounting solutions app with a built-in scanner that automatically scans paper receipts, crops and extracts data, helping you organize your personal or business receipts and expenses efficiently. Users can import PDFs from their email inbox directly to the app and categorize them according to expense categories. Spending data can be viewed through charts and graphs and exported via email for personal or accounting purposes in Excel or CSV formats, with scanned receipt images attached in JPEG format.

All Your Receipts in One Space

SLIPZ allows users to create unlimited customizable Wallets where they can allocate receipts. Users can upload or assign receipts to wallets by selecting an upload option from the drop-down menu:

• Scan: Allows users to scan paper receipts using the latest AI scanning technology within the app.
• Files: Enables access to files saved on mobile devices, cloud, or downloads.
• Gallery: Allows users to select images saved on mobile devices or albums.

PDF receipts can be imported to SLIPZ from the email inbox by sending them to the app via the mobile device's "send-to" apps option. These PDF receipts are automatically forwarded to the "My SLIPZ" wallet in the app, where users can allocate them to a predetermined wallet based on a spending category of their choice.

Users can upload a receipt by inputting related data, which will be converted into Excel (XLSX) and CSV formats to assist with personal accounting and financial management. Additional features include:

• Adding establishment details for each purchase/receipt origin.
• Selecting payment method options such as Credit Card, Cash, EFT, or Debit Card to create spending graphs and charts.

Create a New Wallet

Users are provided with pre-set wallets such as Travel, Home, Food to get started. They can customize these wallets by editing options within each wallet or create new ones according to their preferences in the app's wallet menu.

Export Receipts

This function enables users to email or export their expense report data in Excel (XLSX) and CSV spreadsheets with attached JPEG images detailing their expenses. Users can select specific wallets and date ranges for export or email purposes. For comprehensive financial reporting, SLIPZ saves a duplicate of all receipts uploaded under the "All Receipts" section located in the app's bottom menu bar. Users can export expenses chronologically based on their preferred date range.
